Hey, I’m Ginger.

Ever since I was little, I’ve been obsessed with food—so much so that my parents would buy me a gallon-sized can of black olives from Costco for my birthday. True story. Fun fact: olives are still my favorite food. (Yes, really.) Costco, please sponsor me.

I’m also stubborn, and once I find a problem, I like to dissect it like the embalmed frog in freshman biology. And not long after opening my acupuncture clinic, I realized something that both baffled and frustrated me: women in transition—perimenopause, menopause, and beyond—are often overlooked, dismissed, and left to struggle. My patients are like family, so it was hard to watch them navigate this stage of life without the support, education, or resources they deserve. And it’s not their fault—funding, education, and accessibility around women’s health just haven’t caught up yet. To put it mildly, there’s a massive need for change. If I had a dollar for every time a patient said, “Menopause is a bitch, but I guess this is just old age,” I’d be rich one rich b*tch.

But here’s the good news: that’s exactly why I’m here. My goal is to make this stage of life less mysterious, more informed, and maybe even a little fun. I’m passionate about educating and empowering women so they can make the best choices for themselves through food and lifestyle changes—and do it with confidence, clarity, and maybe a few olives along the way.

I’m so glad you’re here, let’s eat!
